Till Kraemer

Director

Born in Germany and graduated with a master’s degree in mathematics and Computer Science from Oxford University, United Kingdom, Till has the mission to unlock everyone’s natural curiosity for a better world. As ICE’s main trainer and Director, Till educated and trained youth from 100+ countries in international conferences, and was invited as TEDx speaker on multiple occasions and co-organised a social innovation conference in UN's Geneva office. He also co-founded a travel tech company and mobile app that brings self-guided audio tours to travellers’ pockets and democratises cultural heritage.

With 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur, trainer, and public speaker, Till can combine insights from the world of youth training and non-profits as well as the social business and education sectors in Hong Kong.

Grace Tsang

Operations Manager

With an educational background that bridges biological sciences and the humanities, Grace brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to Inter Cultural Education. She believes that life should be ventured with both grace and curiosity – a philosophy she applies when curating cultural immersion experiences for Hong Kong students.

Whether she is managing HR logistics or resolving on-site crises, Grace balances an analytical mindset with a human-centric approach. Having explored diverse cultures firsthand, she is a firm believer in the power of multi-perspectival thinking. She strives to bring a sense of elegance and "flexible obstinacy" to her work, ensuring every project is executed with precision while remaining deeply engaging for every student.


Stephanie Gurung

Education Manager

Hong Kong-born-and-bred Stephanie seamlessly blends purpose and play to inspire curious learning. With Nepalese and Filipino roots, she brings a multicultural lens to her role as Education Manager, thoughtfully designing and leading student-centred programmes for over 50 schools and collaborating with diverse individuals from more than 40 countries.

A storyteller at heart, Stephanie channels her creativity into building connection and cultural understanding. As the producer of an award-winning RTHK CIBS radio series and co-founder of a digital media company, she continues to spark conversations about community and inclusion through narratives.


Aaron Wu

Project Manager

Born in Hong Kong and a graduate in Executive Management from The Education University of Hong Kong, Aaron’s journey of personal growth has ignited his passion for exploring the world. He thrives on experiencing diverse cultures, cuisines, and global sights through travel. Having visited more than 10 prefectures in Japan, he enjoys learning new languages and immersing himself in music. He has come to realise that every new step he takes presents an opportunity for growth, and he now moves forward without any regrets.


Andreas Winklhofer

Administration Manager

Born and raised in Hong Kong, a true metropolitan city like no other, add parents from two opposite ends of the world, to that – friends from even more diverse backgrounds and easy-going personality, truly makes him inter cultural.

After studying architecture in the UK and having first hand experience in various organizations with global impact and influences, such as Oxfam; he returned to Hong Kong to pursue a brief career in finance then venturing out to private consultancy.


Victoria Li

Training and Development Specialist

Born in Hong Kong, Victoria grew up watching “60 Minutes” and way too many spy films. She studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of York in the UK. During her 3 years at AIESEC, she discovered her passion for facilitation, led 5 international teams, and eventually moved to Belgium for her final role. Her career continued in Germany, specialising in human rights, employee engagement and humanitarian aid.

A proud world citizen, Victoria is passionate about fostering cross-cultural understanding and empowering young people to reach their full potential.

Nilar Myat Aung

Community Manager

Born in Myanmar, raised in Thailand, Nilar’s world journey continued in Hong Kong where she pursued her studies in the field of Medical Sciences. She connected with ICE and deeply enjoyed volunteering at school projects to share about Myanmar. Nilar enjoys meeting people from various cultures and learning more about their life stories. Through this journey with ICE, Nilar is learning to take risks and overcome fears.

Jey Chan

Education Advisor

Jey is a youth development strategist from Singapore whose journey has taken him from travelling through Ghana to teaching in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. With over 100 institutional partnerships and 60,000 young people engaged across Asia Pacific, his work spans across education, social innovation, and cultural storytelling. Working in an international NGO, Jey has mobilised resources for youth-led social enterprises and champions the implementation of the SDGs through collaborative programming and capacity-building.

Jey is interested in learning different languages and hopes to one day achieve his dream of obtaining a pilot’s license

Aggie Lam

Business Advisor

Youth advocate and social entrepreneur. Aggie dedicates her work to SDG10 Reduced Inequalities by promoting social inclusion through empowering and connecting youths from 80+ countries. She co-founded Dear Hong Kong, an art project to promote Hong Kong’s cultural diversity through stories and was selected as Hong Kong 2021 Changemakers by the LoopHK.


Verena Wong

Marketing Advisor

Verena believes that people can learn about the world without the need of travelling. She has been exposed to many global learning opportunities from working and voluntary experiences. She worked in the marketing team for a listed company in Hong Kong and currently provide various STEM and computer courses to local schools.


Eva Power

Community Advisor

A natural conversationalist and a storyteller at heart, Eva has a deep fascination with people and what makes humans, well… humans. Originally from Indonesia, she has explored various topics including culture, environmentalism, employment, and neurodiversity (following her ADHD-GAD diagnosis). Now she focuses on education and loves to ponder about life through various lenses. It is through the eyes of different people she has met that she has been encouraged to inspire more individuals through stories and humane connections.


Linka Lin

Imapct Advisor

Linka joined Business in the Community (BITC)—The King's Responsible Business Network, founded by HM King Charles III—in August 2025 as an Employability Executive.

In this role, she leads the Ban the Box campaign, focusing on creating employment opportunities for people with previous convictions. She is also responsible for coordinating the Community Connections project, which provides vital leadership training and mentorship for ethnically diverse communities.

Her background also includes over eight years at the UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub, where she coordinated youth initiatives across more than 20 countries under Youth Co:Lab and Movers in the Asia-Pacific region.

Alman Kwok

Accounting and Finance Advisor

Alman, a professional accountant, worked as financial controller in various financial services companies and educator in higher educational institutions. After retiring from his full-time work, he currently acts as advisor and accountant for social enterprises and commercial companies. He is currently pursuing a recognised qualification of professional golf coach in order to help youngsters and persons who are interested in golfing play better. He likes the saying: “never give up your dreams”.


Tony Ng

Legal Advisor

Born in Macao, raised in Hong Kong, Tony is currently residing in Paris. He is a full-time lawyer and (for the moment) a part-time physics enthusiast. He has provided pro bono legal assistance and to various NGOs and has long served as a legal advisor to ICE.

Tony is interested in a wide range of subjects but he rarely has time to explore them.
